Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

No, but we require the credit card details to cover phone calls and other sundries.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, 24/7. Late or after hours check-ins dial #299 on the intercom when they walk in, keys will be provided in the safe at the reception

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Yes, but it costs $20 for an additional hour of guest's stay.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

When you book for more than one night, a 20% deposit will be charged to the credit card straight away. If guest's only stay for one night, the full price will need to be paid straight away.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Mon-Fri: 9:00 am- 2:00 pm
Sat 9:00am-1:00 pm
Sun 9:00am-12:00 pm

Yes, but also at the "TouchDex" machine located in the lobby

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, there are two levels of parking (B1 & B2). When guests arrive they check in and their set of keys has a key to their room and a garage key.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, linen and towels are provided. This can depend on how many guests are checking in a room.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

The apartments get cleaned after guest's check out and if anything doesn't work or is missing, it will be fixed/replaced asap but of course, before new guest's check in.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes the pool is heated.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

We are in Surfers Paradise directly on the beach, 5-10 minute walk to shops etc. Broadbeach: easiest way is to catch a bus (approx 10-15 min by bus to Pacific Fair)

Yes, walking distance to Cavill Avenue, in the heart of Surfers Paradise

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, walking distance to bus stop and soon to be Gold Coast light rail.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Theme Parks, Beaches, Shopping Malls

Q: How far away is the race track?

You can walk to the V8 race track either via the main road or a relaxing walk along the beach front.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Yes, Woolworth and Coles are in walking distance; smaller supermarkets like IGA are even closer.
